You need to re-import your hardware wallet accounts only once when restoring the wallet (e.g. when migrating from NuFi's web wallet to NuFi's Chrome extension, or onto a new device, or in a new browser); after this initial 'one time' setup, your hardware wallet accounts will load as normal alongside any non-hardware accounts each time you log in.
However, this is about to change for the better. We're in the final stages of testing our new cloud sync functionality; simply put, when you restore an existing wallet (e.g. from web wallet to Chrome extension, or on a new device or in a new browser) using the recovery phrase, all hardware and non-hardware accounts will be restored without the need to re-pair your hardware wallet. Furthermore, any wallet customisations such as account names, default display currency and so on will be restored too. This will greatly improve the process of migrating your wallet to a new device or browser, and this cloud sync functionality will be live very soon -- we'll announce it in our Discord server (discord.gg/nufi) and on Twitter (twitter.com/nufi_official).
