You can use an explorer (like https://explorer.solana.com/) to see when the epoch will end and your stake will be available to withdraw to your main balance. I'll add this tip to our staking documentation that we have in our support portal (support.nu.fi) -- thank you for the good idea!

Update: It's a bit clearer here: https://solanabeach.io/ -- you can see the epoch end ETA at the top of the screen.

Update 08/06/22: Thanks to your excellent feedback, we're going to add current and next epoch information for each blockchain to the My Staking screens; with this information, you'll be able to see exactly when the next epoch starts, meaning you'll know exactly when staking-related processes will happen (such as a stake account fully deactivating and funds becoming available to withdraw).

Update 11/07/22: We have added epoch information to the My Staking screens; with this information, you can see how long is left in the current epoch, meaning -- when you unstake -- you can see how much longer your staking account will be in the 'cooldown' phase before the funds become available to withdraw.
