Ability to hide Accounts

Add the ability to hide accounts instead of forgetting them under "Accounts" - "Manage account" dropdown. (Hidden accounts won't show up (sum up) in the "Assets" tab.) A checkbox to "enable / disable" accounts would do too i guess.
